Self assessment working documents

All Early Childhood Education and Care services must ensure a Self-Assessment Working Document (SAWD) or otherwise known as a Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), is in place at their service.

The aim of a SAWD is to help providers self-assess their performance in delivering quality education and care and to plan future improvements. The SAWD also helps regulatory authorities with assessing the quality of the service.

Irrawang Public School Preschool went through Assessment and Rating in 2023 and was awarded a rating of ‘Exceeding’ in delivering quality education and care across ALL 7 Quality Areas of the National Quality Standard. We are extremely proud to be providing our community with the highest education and care for their most littlest learners.
