Community involvement

Our school values strong partnerships with our families and community. Parents and carers can get involved through our Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) or by volunteering at our school. Your time and support help make our school a better place for everyone.

Parents and Citizens Association (P&C)

Our P&C is a welcoming group made up of parents, carers, and members of the school community who work together to support our school. They play a key role in school planning, fundraising, organising events, and volunteering. By partnering closely with the school, our P&C helps promote the best interests of all students and families.

Joining the P&C is a fantastic way to connect with other families, get involved in school life, and make a positive impact on our school’s future. We would love for you to join us and be part of this wonderful community!

Join our P&C

All parents, carers and citizens are invited to join the P&C.  Parents, carers and citizens have to become a financial member of the P&C in order to vote at meetings.  Membership is $1 per annum and entitles you to vote at meetings.

Memberships must be renewed every year. Your membership will become valid at the close of the meeting after you join. If you wish to make a proposal or vote at a meeting, you must lodge your membership form and pay your fee before the close of the previous meeting.

P&C Meetings

Our P&C meets on the third Wednesday of each month during school terms. Meeting details are shared on our school’s Facebook page. There is a $1 joining fee for continuing members.

These meetings provide a wonderful opportunity for parents and carers who share a passion for their children’s education and school support to come together.

There is a standing open invitation to the entire school community to attend P&C meeting.
